Best Management Practices (BMPs) are guidelines for landscape maintenance that keep landscapes visually attractive while minimizing water usage, reducing pollution, and protecting the environment by utilizing proper irrigation, plant selection, fertilization techniques, and other sustainable practices. A brochure prepared by the South Florida Water Management District, LANDSCAPE-BEST-MANAGEMENT-PRACTICES, is intended to give our homeowners some ideas as to how we can help meet Broward County's current and future urban water needs. |
