HOMEOWNERS:
If your trash has been torn up on pickup days, please make an effort to clean it up as quickly as possible. It detracts from the beauty of our community.

It has been brought to our attention that someone is placing documents in homeowners' mailboxes. This is illegal. Mailboxes are strictly for use by the US Post Office and the individual homeowner.
Mayor Sortal has published a List Entitled “Who do I Contact” It is available in the HOMEOWNER NOTICES section of our website. This is an invaluable resource for homeowners who need to contact the city for various issues.
SAFETY NOTICE
AN ALLIGATOR HAS BEEN SPOTTED ON THE WEST SIDE OF LAKE DASHA. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AND PETS.
URGENT!
Some lawn maintenance services have been blowing lawn clippings and debris into the lakes. This is against Plantation ordinances and is also making our lakes unsightly. Furthermore, lawn clippings can contain pesticides and fertilizers which can harm the balance of the water and impact fish and wildlife. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR LAWN SERVICES TO DISPOSE OF LAWN CLIPPINGS AND YARD WASTE PROPERLY!
