Thank you to all our homeowners for the excellent turnout at our annual election meeting. Congratulations to our new board of directors: Nevena Akcan, Jorge Rodriguez, Robert Hardy, Michael Kaplanidis and Hank VanBaalen. The board looks forward to working to make our community united and thriving in 2026-2027. 

IMPORTANT NEWS:

WE HAVE JUST BEEN ADVISED THAT OUR HOA HAS PREVAILED IN THE APPEAL REGARDING THE LANDAUER FORECLOSURE THANKS TO THE EFFORTS OF MR. EDWARD HOLODAK, MR. PAUL KIM AND MR. ERIC GLAZER. WE WILL NOW GO BACK TO THE TRIAL COURT TO RECOUP ALL OUR LEGAL   FEES!

ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

The election of officers for the board of directors will take place on June 3rd, 2026 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held in The Palm Room at the Jacaranda Country Club, 9200 West Broward Boulevard, Plantation, Florida 33324. A letter has been sent to all homeowners explaining the process of running for a seat on the board and submitting biographies for consideration. This letter will also be available in the meeting notices file here on our website.

SAFETY NOTICE

AN ALLIGATOR HAS BEEN SPOTTED ON THE WEST SIDE OF LAKE DASHA. PLEASE  WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AND PETS.

URGENT!

Some lawn maintenance services have been blowing lawn clippings and debris into the lakes. This is against Plantation ordinances and is also making our lakes unsightly. Furthermore, lawn clippings can contain pesticides and fertilizers which can harm the balance of the water and impact fish and wildlife. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR LAWN SERVICES TO DISPOSE OF LAWN CLIPPINGS AND YARD WASTE PROPERLY!

 Please be sure that no yard waste, bulk trash or debris is placed in the parklets. Inform your landscapers and lawn maintenance people that they must place tree trimmings and other yard waste on your property. 

Additionally, do not place any bulk trash out in front of your property until  24 hours prior to the scheduled monthly bulk trash pick up. If your lawn maintenance people should do a cleanup of your property, advise them to do so as close to the pick up day as possible.

The Request for Architectural Modification "RAM" form can now be completed electronically.  Be sure to download it from the website and use it the next time you will be making an improvement on your parcel. Jacaranda Country Club Homeowners’ Association is a single-family neighborhood consisting of 155 parcels located in the City of Plantation, Broward County, Florida. While in close proximity to major shopping, dining and banking establishments, its homes are uniquely built either along winding waterways or along the prestigious Jacaranda Golf Course. The Association, consisting of a 5-member Board of Directors and an Architectural Control Committee, maintains all of the common areas and waterways of the community and enforces the restrictions of its governing documents.
